Do You Ship Worldwide?
Of course! All Kurisuverse products are available to ship worldwide. I ship them through the Spanish postal service.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We usually take 15 working days to deliver your order. Please note that we depend on the manufacturing time and the Spanish postal service, so we can not assure you exactly what day your order will arrive, of course, in case of any delay or inconvenience we will inform you within 24 hours and apologize for it.
Please understand that we are a small team and we need time to prepare and ship all orders as it deserves, but the wait will be worth it!

Can I ask you for any shipping requirements before finalizing the purchase?
Of course you can! We love to customize the order and even more if they are for gifts for your loved ones, your family or for yourself!
The process is very simple, after filling in the required information to make the purchase you will see a box where it says "Notes", that is the perfect place for you to tell us if you want some kind of personalization (such as dedications) for the shipment.
If after you have confirmed the order you want to modify it or you have forgotten it, you can write us an email to hello@kurisuverse.com with your order number within 24 hours.
The order personalization only includes dedications and similar. But at no time will the artwork be modified in any way.
How can I track my order?
After you confirm your order, a user account will be automatically opened within kurisuverse.com with the data you have entered in the purchase process.
You will be able to access your customer profile by clicking on the "person" icon in the top right corner of the screen.
How are the paintings signed?
All paintings are digitally signed with the Official Kurisuverse Logo.
